1. The hardness range of polyurethane sealing materials is wide;

2. The standard planning of the seals, such as the dustproof effect is particularly good; it is not easy to be invaded by external substances, to prevent all disturbances from the outside world, even if the surface layer is sticky and foreign objects can be scraped off;

3. The sealing element has a long service life. Under the same conditions, the seals of polyurethane sealing materials have a life span of 50 times that of nitrile-butadiene materials compared with rubbers of nitrile-butadiene materials;

4. It has the characteristics of high anti-extrusion ability and high wear resistance. It can move back and forth at a speed of 0.05m/s in a pressure environment of 10MPa without being smooth;

5. The excellent feature of the sealing material is oil resistance, and it will not be corroded when faced with fuel oils such as kerosene and gasoline, or mechanical oils such as hydraulic oil, engine oil, and lubricating oil;

6. Secondly, it has light capacity, high strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardant, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, no water absorption, simple and convenient construction.

  PU polyurethane sealing ring: Polyurethane has very good mechanical properties, and its wear resistance and high pressure resistance are far better than other rubbers. The aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance are also quite good, but it is easy to hydrolyze at high temperature. Generally used in high pressure and wear resistant sealing links, such as hydraulic cylinders. The general operating temperature range is -45~90 ℃. Now our company has launched a special material polyurethane sealing ring that can withstand high temperatures up to 110°C.
